After the Anniversary Games on Sunday at Queen Elizabeth Park i spent 5 minutes with Nuffin’ Long to discuss the race and things ahead.

I’ve noticed on my Facebook & Twitter feeds that there’s a few of you who have begun training for your first half marathons, so i wanted to take the opportunity to give you 6 tips to help you along the way.

Terry Fox has been an inspiration to me throughout my life and is the reason why i got into running. So it only seems right that one of my early blog posts tells his story.
